Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a used hp omen 16 gaming laptop that had been giving me a cmos 502 reset error on boot and usually if I do something taxing on my laptop like playing multiplayer games it crashes and then the error comes up. I have replaced my main battery because I do not think I have a cmos battery. I’m also not sure if I need to do something with the bios.
