hellow guys,i have some problem here,soo here is it

 

 

when im playing games,my cpu run at 3,2+ ghz which is it good,but after 10 minutes its droping to 0,8 ghz and back to 3,2 ghz

i have try many things

-reinstall windows

-update driver

-undervolt

-nvidia 3d

and many more

 

i rlly need ur help ;D

 

thats it guys i hope u guys can help me

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

THX FOR THE REPLY BTW, SO FAR ITS BETTER,BUT THE CPU SPEED KEEP DROPING , EVEN THO ITS BETTER THAN BEFORE

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
