Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone, today I need help with my laptop HP Omen 16-b0xxx. Since some days now, my PC is getting really slow when it's plugged. It's working perfectly on battery, but when it's charging, the Processor is stuck at 0,18GHz (base power is at 2,30GHz). I tried to change some settings but nothing's working actually. So i'm asking help here to see if anyone already got this problem ans solved it. I'm waiting for your replies. I will add informations if needed.

Thank you for reading this,

Xenos

I have similar problem on windows 11, randomly computer start to be totally unresponsive. Cursor works smooth but every action in system is soooo slow, unusable, because of the cpu clock.
I think this start happend after bios update some time ago, that help me a lot battery life but that started the problems.
The most frequently cause of problem i think is, plug in/off charge cable.
Sometimes i have problem with low performance after inactivity when display turn off and have to be turned on in mouse or key action. Sometimes i have to plugin the display cable again,  close and open laptop, plug/unplug cable charge to back screen show something. I think this can be related.
