Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T11AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I tried undervolting my PC using omen gaming hub and after undervolting about 35mV everything was going good. But all on a sudden I noticed that my gaming laptop is throttling in normal usage. So, I checked task manaer and saw that my cpu is always at 4.2-4.4 GHz with a usage of about 10%. Temperature is 70-80 degrees at idle operation. I turned off undervolting but it is not helping.
