My CPU usage is 100% when I play games I have i3 5005u amd r5 330 8gb ram I try all methods won't work for me

Hello, your 2015 i3 dual core, four thread processor is most likely bottlenecking due to modern 2019 titles requiring more power. Below are a couple links I looked up that may assist in better understanding why some titles can do this.

But my friend is running every game smooth he has also same specs like me but he has Lenovo g50-80

When pulling up that Lenovo notebook series I see a few major differences from your notebook but would need the actual full model to confirm.

 

One of the biggest is that model series comes with in integrated graphics card vs a dedicated graphics (AMD Radeon™ R5 M430 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)) like yours. Dedicated graphics cards can require more CPU power to process and push out FPS.

I have amd r5 430 now I install windows 10 1709 lite and it works fine but windows 10 1903 is havyier and my another friend has 4gb ram and same specs like me he have hp he also YouTube channel
