Product: OMEN by HP 15t-dc100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

CTRL of my OMEN 15t-dc100 is not working. Initially it stopped working but after cleaning the keyboard from outside the CTRL Key started working but only temporarily. Same cycle repeated for few weeks. But then it stopped working completely. Yesterday I opened the button & cleaned it from inside. It worked fine for first few minutes, but then again stopped working.

I'm not sure of it's the issue with the lock of CTRL Key or the board behind that key. Is there something I can do?

 

Note: By CTRL key, I mean both CTRL Keys of my keyboard. If one CTRL Key works, the other works as well, similarly if one stops the other stops as well.
