Good Day!

 

I would like to know what happened to my built-in camera, this occurred when it automatically updated the system last 3 months ago.  This laptop has not been repaired and there is no way for anyone to disassemble my laptop since I always in my office.

 

Kindly assist, this is a recurring issue, and I really need to use my camera ASAP.
