Welcome to the HP Community --
Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Cameras
Open the menu for your camera
Next to your image --
Click "Disable"
OR -
Low Tech solution --
Tape a small paper over the camera lens.
Can't stand look of white or colored paper sticking on your display?
Tape a small piece of black tape to a small Post-it paper and cover the lens.
