Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I add ssd in hp pavilion 15 cx0140tx?  If i can which should i choose?

Yes, you can install a M.2 SSD.  Here is the Maintenance and Service Guide for the laptop.  In Chapter 5, Removal and replacement procedures for Authorized Service Provider parts, Page 45, there is a list of the M.2 SSD's that are compatible with the motherboard and a guide on installing it.

I don't know what you have available in your country, but here is a M.2 SSD that should work:
