@Falcon300,

Welcome to our HP community forum!

Yes, you can.

However, it requires a fair amount of DIY-skills and PC-savviness.  Please consider the fact that even though you can do it, doesn't necessarily mean that you should do it.

Anyway, if you were adventurous enough to take on this eGPU upgrade project, this is one approach with excellent chances of success:

You'll have to use your M.2 NVMe SSD slot situated on your motherboard to install one of these M.2 NVMe SSD to PCIe x4 adapter (25cm) cables/dockPCIe 4.0 x4 Riser Cable 64Gbs M.2 Key M for NVMe External Graphics Card Stand Bracket R43SG PCI-E fo...:

This means you'll have to figure out to create (cut!) an access opening somewhere on the bottom panel of your laptop to allow the M.2 ribbon cable to exit your AIO.  You'll need an externally placed ATX power supply to power the graphics dock, while keeping your current laptop power supply plugged in.  Once you connect the ATX 24-pin power cable to the dock, you can use the ATX's PCIe 6+2-pin power cable(s) to power the graphics card of your choice.  Make sure that the ATX power supply has sufficient wattage to power whatever GPU you pick.

You'll have to install/make a SATA SDD drive your primary (boot) drive:

This method works just fine: as you can see in one of my "Desktop Mini" (DM) upgrade projects: Solved: Upgrading an HP EliteDesk 800 65W G4 Desktop Mini (DM) - HP Support Community - 8708671.

Kind Regards,

@Falcon300,

If your laptop happens to be fitted with a Thunderbolt port:

You could plug in a Thunderbolt dock and thus make an eGPU work as explained very well in this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjRhW8T9FzM.

Here is the AliExpress link with the current (06/10/24) pricing: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256802616461835.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.1.7ed3acaezhqdeH&alg....
