So last night I had android studio running on my pc and a virtual machine as well then, I also opened android studio in the virtual machine as well and also a bunch of pages open in Microsoft edge and a couple other pages as well open in chrome then as I was configuring some issues on android studio the laptop started lagging then it crashed and gave me a green screen of death then after it restarted it somehow uninstalled the sound drivers I then tried restarting the pc again then from there it was just crashing in a continuous loop 5 times within 3min then it stopped crashing so when it fully restarted I decided to leave it charging for about an hour then when I checked the battery percentage it was on 29% so I then continuously kept checking it after every 10min but the battery percentage never increases and it never decreases, when I run diagnostics it just says that there's no battery installed and that it's discharging.
