The laptop is no longer powering on, and I am experiencing a black screen with blinking power and keyboard lights. Initially, the device was intermittently working, and I was able to run a system diagnostic test, which returned a hardware failure.

Below are the details from the diagnostic screen (screenshot attached for reference):

  • Product ID: 834T9PA#ACJ

  • Failure ID: 2-BNVCJX-XD7WXG-609103-PTTX

Currently, the laptop is not even reaching the diagnostic screen anymore — the display remains black, and no functionality is accessible. This issue is seriously impacting my work, and I would appreciate any immediate support or guidance regarding repair or replacement under warranty.
