Product: HP14s-dq1504sa

I have just brought a new HP 14s-dq1504 sa laptop for my daughter. It is set up with a Microsoft childs account but I gone into the family area and have allowed use of Chrome and apps up to age 15. I have mcafee and tried disabling firewall and have tried uninstalling the app many times. It will not even allow me to load the website when I type in roblox.com and when I try to play the app it says initialising device and then crashes.. I have spent HOURS trying to sort this - please help

Roblox appears to be a Google Play Store item.

Found on the website:

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store

 

Both of the models in this series run Windows

Results for "HP 14s-dq1504" (2)

 

Android apps do not run in Windows.

 

Try the  Microsoft Store for Windows Apps.
