Hello guys, I just upgraded my ssd, everything is new. After downloading some drivers, I cannot connect to my HP Omen Command Center. After get the accessed to it. It stated that "No supported Omen host PC is associated with this account". I saw some forums before, but I do not have this "HP HSA Omen Service" in my services. Can I know how to connect to command centre and how to get the HP HSA Omen service ?

OK so the bottom line is that he used the Microsoft ISO version.
Uninstall the command center.
Then reinstall it from this link... Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
Then go to Windows All Settings>Updates and Security and click on the Check for Updates button. Even if it says its up to date, I want you to click it anyway and force Windows up check for new updates. Do this a couple of times until there are no more updates found. There are some HP updates needed that can only be installed this way.
Reboot the PC.
Let me know what happens.

Hello @Aqiff
When you installed this new SSD, how did you install Windows to it?
Did you clone drives, or use the HP recovery media or a direct ISO from Microsoft?
Trying to figure out how you installed the OCC as you didnt give us very much to go on.

You lost me now. The original only has a trial of Windows 10?
HPs dont come with a trial version of Windows operating system. They either have full windows, or only Free Dos (meaning you have to install your own copy of Windows}.
Did the shop install a new copy of Windows that you had to buy a key for?

Just trying to narrow down the issue so I know better how to help you.
Also, besides what I asked above... If you open the command center, does it give you version in the bottom left corner, or just the error?

I sent it to this shop, he asked me whether my windows was a crack or original version, if it was original, I would have obtained the key of the windows, so I assumed it was crack and I asked him to install the original version of windows 10. By the way, the version omen command centre is, v 8.0.9.0.
