Cannot find the keyboard settings in Omen Command Center

Hello, so far I've bought this product and it seem like it didn't have the Omen command Center from the start, so basically I've installed it alongside the HP System Event Utility, yet I cant find the keyboard settings in my Omen Command Center, the only two light settings that are in my keyboard is the full red light and the WASD red light, and is it even normal that I didn't have the Omen Command Center from the start? I've got it from Microsoft Store and if there is a fixed one or the better one with the settings, where can I find it?

I recommend you check the specifications of your computer to make sure that the option you are looking for is supported as not all the Omen computers support all the features in the Omen command center.
