This is my laptop that i bought 2 days ago. Ive followed the steps as given in a previous post by a hp employee. Ive reinstalled the Omen Gaming Hub twice now and done all the steps still cannot see the modes. Please guide me on how I can activate it. All my drivers are upto date too.

HP Recommended

Performance mode is only available on some laptops that can't fully utilized in default mode. Default mode is usually able to fully utilize your system, so performance mode is not needed. When you first bought this laptop and opened HP Omen Gaming Hub, was there a “Performance” mode? If not, the default mode is already set to maximum and is the only one you need. Don’t overthink it: the system will just run at its full potential regardless of the label.
