Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599J8AV)

Hello, I have strange problem with my HP Victus 15 Laptop, whenever I select the Shutdown option in the start menu, my computer acts like it is going to turn off, keyboard goes off, but in just 3/4 seconds it turns on by itself, the only way I can switch off my laptop completely is to hold the Power button on my computer. I looked online, unchecked the settings for Auto shutdown and Fast boot but still problem persist
