HP Omen

Hello,

i am looking for a 12v car adapter to charge or use the notebook. I tried with a HP Adapter 90w from a  Elitebook but its does not get recognized. The Omen is from the latest series with a RTX2060 and Intel 9300H, HP 15-dh0203ng .

Any know one that works?

Best regards

Matthias

The specs of your machine is

It requires 200W AC power adapter therefore 90W is too low. I have the following adapter

       https://www.jaycar.com.au/600w-1500w-12vdc-to-240vac-modified-sinewave-inverter-with-usb/p/MI5136

for my laptop, video camera, cameras ... even few lights for my one day trips. Covid-19 has been stopping me driving around. You can use a lower wattage converter.

Regards.

Hello Bahien,

i am looking for a 12v Adapter, not AC. Understand that 90W are too low but should be enough to charge - i would think! Usually, when you connect a lower spec charger to a HP notebook you get a warning, but it does not get recognised at all. Anyone knows a DC Adapter that works?

best regards
