OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (755F3AV)


I am using the product OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 for last 2 years and suddenly had the hardware issue.It took 3 days to get the replacement mother board and as i did not have bitlocker key, i tried to work with the HP chat support, it was frustrating and tedious. I opted out of the chat support due to slow response and tedious process,

I was told i will get a quote from their service provider. Received a mail fom a company called nugrit which quoted 550 INR+ GST to download and install the HP cloud recovery tool from the website, Then the invoice show a service charge of 200% of OS installation charges (1100 INR+ GST).I opted for onsite tech because of poor service from HP and their service provider is ripping out the money. There is no wonder tommorow they will ask for 10 times of the OS installation charges and am not sure whats the relation between HP and the service provider.I escalated the issue to HP immediately and i was told we will get back to you after 72 hours,Great support!!!!!!!!!!
