I'm lookin' for RAM update but not sure is the RAM voltage important. I've heard that RAMs that operate at 1.35v won't work at full speed at some laptops.
I'm thinking about 2 of these higher voltage ones:
Crucial Ballistix 2x8gb 3200 CL16 1.35v
Goodram IRDM 2x8gb 3200 CL16 1.35v
and the one with same voltage as Hynix ones currently installed:
Goodram 2x8gb 3200 CL22 1.2v
Will any of these work at 3200? (Please tell me that I can but the higher voltage ones 😛 )

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06970552
It has
8 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB) both slots are occupied |
that means you have to use DDR4 RAM with 1.2V . You can use
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16s4b/ct20459801
or cheaper https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfra32a/ct20459828
