Hello,
I have a Pavilion g15 ec2051nt PC. Right now, I am facing an issue about screen freezing when I apply pressure bottom-right corner of computer. I opened the case and found out that there are RAM connectors. When this problem happens, I shut down the computer from power button and restart the PC. Windows find a fault which is 'page fault in nonpaged area'. So I believe there is a problem about RAM. Do you think this is the problem?
If this is the problem, I would like to change my RAMs(mta4atf1g64az-3g2e2). Can I upgrade my PC RAM level to 16GB(total 32GB)?
Which RAM should I buy?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @yasinyt
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand you are facing issue with your laptop's RAM (Memory).
Please test memory in HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows
The Memory Tests include a Fast Test, Quick Test, and an Extensive Test. First run the Fast Test (three to five minutes). If the Fast Test does not find a problem, run the Quick Test (about 10 minutes). If the Quick Test does not find a problem, run the Extensive Test (about 45 minutes) which also has a Loop Until Error option.
Follow these steps to run the Fast Test:
On the Component Tests menu, click Memory.
Click Fast Test.
Click Run once. The Fast Test begins.
When the Fast Test is complete, the screen displays the results.
If the memory passes the Fast Test but there is still a problem with the computer memory, run the Quick Test.
If the memory passes the Quick Test but there is still a problem with the computer memory, run the Extensive Test. This test can take 45 minutes or longer.
If the memory fails a test, do the following:
Click Troubleshoot.
Follow the on-screen instructions to attempt to resolve the problem, and then click Yes.
Let me share the memory supported and upgrade specification:
Memory Two SODIMM slots, customer accessible/upgradeable.
DDR4-2400 dual channel support (DDR4-3200 bridge to DDR4-2666, DDR4-2666 downgrade to DDR4-2400)
Supports up to 32 GB maximum system memory in the following conƭgurations
● 16 GB (16 GB × 1 or 8 GB × 2)
● 12 GB (8 GB × 1 + 4 GB × 1)
● 8 GB (8 GB × 1 or 4 GB × 2)
If this solution hit the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
