Charging issue no power.

The orange charge light comes on when plugged in but when you try to turn on the laptop the power button light turns on for a half second then turns off, the charge light turns off as well when you turn on. I have left it plugged in for hours with two different cords and the orange charge light stays on while plugged in. I have tried removing the battery and powering on while plugged in and it does the same thing.

This seems to be a Hardware issue with the Motherboard. Please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
