Product: HP Laptop 15-da0088nr

When playing Civilization VI, system shuts down with the following error message:  "Sid Meiers Civilization VI (DX12)  display device has failed.  Please ensure your display drivers are up to date.  Exiting" .  Is my laptop unable to run this program or is there a fix available?

That is a question you really need to ask the games community about.

I see that the error was prominent with users who had much higher graphics specs also.

Make sure the games settings are at their lowest and turn off AA.

Anti Aliasing and its a feature in each games individual video settings.

How you access a games settings is different for each game.

You will need to look up your games instructions on how to access it.
