Hi, I'm growing frustrated with the technical support, I understand that they can only do what they can do over the phone and when a laptop is sent for repair, but I have spent countless hours on the phone with them, over text and messaging to resolve my issue with my laptop, this has been ongoing for about a month now, with no proper resolution, I sent it to be repaired and came back with the same issue, I'm not sure what to do at this point, I just want a proper resolution to this issue, and as of today I have not gotten that, I would like to escalate this issue to a higher team and to speak to a higher team about this as I would like to get this situation resolved.
