Command center missing ,comfort mode and default mode

Hi

I have problem with my omen command center. I dont have in my command center comfort mode or default mode. Andi am running a latest windows and lates BIOS available (F.15 Rev.A). 

My notebook configuration is i5-8300h and gtx 1060 (6Gb).

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Let's try these steps -

• 1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
• 2) Look for OMEN Command Center. 
• 3) Right-click to uninstall. 
• 4) Restart the computer. 
• 5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.
