I’ve had problems with games crashing since jan on a laptop I bought in June. After months of the what’s app chat who wouldn’t look at reliability logs or anything just wanted the bios installed multiple times they finally said they’d repair it. 7-14 buisness days, it couldn’t be more as I’m a disabled student. My assisted tech is on that laptop and deadlines mid April.
first there was no part and they were quoting a month. Then it was due to be shipped on the 27march. Now there is a service issue and to contact HP who knew nothing and emailed the repair team which seemed slow.
im worried as the courier didn’t let me box the laptop and if he’s damaged it, they are going to hold my laptop hostage for accidental damage I didn’t do and can’t afford. Been generally really unhappy with HP and wish I’d not bought one.
