Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T50AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Computer fan making noise when turning on. This sound only occurs when turning on the fan. Not when the fan is running. It seems to get stuck somewhere for just 1 second. Is this sound normal? It's only been 2 weeks since I bought the computer.
