Computer not working the same after hp factory reset

Hi, I'm having trouble with my new HP Omen 15. I recently had to factory reset it, due to a malfunction with folder routing and basically my computer breaking on me for no reason. I did a complete HP reset and it seemed to work fine for a little, but now it's freezing every few minutes (the screen continuously refreshing), the games I play are lagging horribly etc. It's the complete opposite to how it worked the first time I got it and I have no clue how to fix it. I would really love your help! Thank you!!  

Edit: I checked my control panel and found that my computer seems to be using all of my GPU (when doing anything it seems to be 100%). I don't believe this is normal.

I would do a Malware / RootKit scan.

Then MalwareBytes.

A diagnostic perhaps?

OR it maybe that in the background several years worth of updates are happening.

I tried all your fixes but to no avail. It always said there wasn't anything wrong, so that confuses me more.

Hi

Well if I could Factory Fresh reset this PC to W10 2015, then for the next 2-3 weeks it would do updates until it got to W10 1909, in the background and all the HP addons also.

But I don't I make a USB  and install the current W10, then the update  trail is quite short.
