Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I accidentally bumped my computer, and the screen went black. I tried turning it off and on again. And followed some guides online. I connected a hdmi cable and the second screen is black as well, but I could see my cursor. A lot of the things I tried didn't work, and I'm unsure of what to do now.
