Hello, the HP community,

Sorry, CTO machines won't be shipped to other countries. In general, you can't buy machines from HP Online store in the US from other country. HP Online store simply won't ship.
Regards.

Thank you for your reply, Banhien,

I understand that the US website doesn't have an option to do that. However, I can assume there is a way local distributors contact the main office to order a list of machines with particular specifications for the local market, and that's how we get them here, since distributors do not have the right nor technical capability to build computers, rather they are being sent computers their way by the main office, which would mean it could be done, either directly or through an intermediary working with HP. I would like to know how this ordering mechanism works and if there is a possibility to, maybe through the agency of an official distributor, get a machine with desired specifications via this channel the official distributors use. Or maybe contact HP directly to specify if this is feasible.

Normally local HP Stores ONLY sell HP machines available in your country/region. They won't allow to seel machines from other regions/markets because all complicates of warranty. Hope the following statement makes sense
HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B).
Regards.

As far as I understand, in case a product is not covered by warranty in country B, I will not be able to receive warranty services, and this will be out of HP's scope of responsibility, and be my problem alone, and I am willing to take that.
However, it doesn't seem to affect shipment operations, and I'd still like to contact HP and figure out if it is possible to ship a specific configuration internationally. And regarding warranty, what waivers I might need to sign that I understand the risk and excempt HP from any warranty liabilities if my country does not support the product, if this is required.
