I need a way to contact a Live Agent from HP.
I am having an issue with an OMEN laptop and need to check the warranty status. However, when trying to find the computer via Serial number, HP is unable to find the device. I used the HP "Detect my Product" page and confirmed both the Serial Number and Product number, but upon select the laptop it detected, it opens a new page that says "404 Error, page not found". Because of this, I am unable to attach the computer to my account, check the warranty status, and get assist with the laptop.
I have tried contacting their listed support number, but it is requesting a Serial Number for the device (Which it cannot find) or for me to attach it to my account. When this fails, it tells me to go to hp.com/callme, but when I go there it shows "Oops! Sorry, Something's messed up." "Live" chat requires a Serial Number in order to connect me to a live agent, but will not accept the serial number of the device.
I need a way to contact HP directly either via chat, phone or email. Assistance with this would be appreciated,
