Hello,
I have a problem that when playing games like valorant ang Gta 5, the cpu temperature goes to 85-93 degree with the minimum graphic settings and the laptop makes a lot of noises
And another problem is when the laptop isn't plugged in, the performance is very low and i don't know how to manage that or choose the performance
Thanks.

Hello,
For the overheating issue you have to know that as long as CPU doesn't throttle it's ok even if it's get high (Laptop CPU are designed to run hotter than dektop ones).
You have a intel CPU that might allow undervolting if HP software doesn't allow this directly you can try using intel XTU or ThrottleStop (the latter sometimes allow to undervolt cpus XTU doesn't allow, however XTU has a usefull stress tool that can helps you check if your cpu is throttling under heavy load or not).
Check guides about that on the internet.
Undervolting would help reduce temps by a slight margin maybe up to 10°.
Additionaly maybe the laptop was poorly pasted and you can send it to HP to do the work if under warranty and if it's really needed or doing it yourself though that might void your warranty depending on the country and i don't recommend you do it by yourself if your don't know what i am talking about.
Good luck.
