I have à problème when i plug my laptop charger i have thé hp bc403nf and i5 8th gen when i plug my charger to the laptop my cpu gets stuck at 40 ghz and when i un plug it goes back to its original ghz and after i un plug and plug until it i plug it then it goes to 3.30 ghz

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...
To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !
You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.
It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
or
press [winkey] + r
( run command )
msinfo32
copy / paste the System SKU value
