My laptop having a problem that the cpu cpu speed drop to 0.78ghz or 799mhz when i play games for a long time and the game started to hanging and stuck but the system is smooth. I have try throttlestop uncheck bd prochot the cpu speed increased but inside the gaming still hanging and keep stuck. I fix it by turn ona off the charger, a few minutes later the games will still back to hanging.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I suggest you run Power Troubleshooter.

 

Power troubleshooter will automatically fix some common issues with Power Plans. Run the Power troubleshooter to adjust your computer's power settings. The Power troubleshooter checks things like your computer's timeout settings, which determine how long the computer waits before turning off the monitor display or entering sleep mode. Adjusting these settings can help you conserve power and extend your computer's battery life.

  1. Press Windows key + W and type Troubleshooting.
  2. Select Troubleshooting and click on System and Security.
  3. Click on Power and follow the  onscreen steps.

Delete the current power plan and create it again.
