Hello HP community!!!

So, since I bought this notebook (it was 3-4 months ago), it had some cracking sounds, noise. These sounds wasn't so loud, until nowadays. When smth. starts playing on PC it starts and won't stop till sound will be mute. Had tried to update all sound drivers, reinstall Windows. Reguraly update BIOS (using HP Assistant programm). Someone met this problem? And can help.:QuestionMark:

If want you can try to listen this !! https://dropmefiles.com/veRDr !!

Driver Realtek(R) Audio: ver. 6.0.1.8544

Speaker and headphoes (Realtek(R) Audio): ver. 10.0.17763.1

Aida64 says that my sound chip is Realtek(R) ALC295

That sounds like the mic is picking up a fan rattling or something like that.

If you reinstalled Windows and you still get that sound, it could be a physical hardware issue.

You could try running the hardware diagnostics to see if it picks up something.

Open the diagnostics and go to Component Tests and choose Audio.

F2 at power-on will access the UEFI Diagnostics.

Otherwise I would contact HP SUpport directly and get warranty help.
