OK, so I know that this might be an issue that has already been dealt with on another board, but I am going to start one anyway. My OMEN keeps crashing and shuts down every time I play a game called Green Hell, I get about thirty seconds of play time then it crashes. It only does this with this game and one other called Everspace. When it starts to crash the screen will go black for five seconds then the laptop shuts off, I turn it back on and am able to pick up right where I left off at. This is really annoying when playing online with friends/family. I know that the drivers are up-to-date and the software is as well. I can not seem to find anything about this on the internet and am getting really tired of this. I've had it for four years and it only started doing this in the last month.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting down when a play Green Hell.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
Do you play this game on stream? Or do you have it installed on the computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Ok, so the Nvidia update is really out of date you should fix that. But the Intel update seems to have done the trick, now the only games that crash are ones in alpha stages of development. Otherwise it works now.
