Product: omen 15-dc 1093tx

I am receiving the electric shock current from my new omen 15 laptop . The current sensation is on the keyboard deck as it is of metal. On the Edge, the current sensation is a bit high. I am not getting why this problem is arising.

How will this current affect my laptop . Is it harmful?

Kindly help

Have you contacted HP Support for this? Sounds like a grounding wire issue.

I have no way of knowing exactly how it will affect it, could be several possibilities.  But you don't want it shocking you every time you touch it, right?
