HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0077wm

Okay the new HP Gaming Pavilion 2019 has come out, and i have to admit that HP did listen the community. Last year model has a really poor cooling design compare to other brands, but this year they improved it. But what about the older model ? When i turn on the laptop, the fan ramps up to max speed, which is great but when i play game, the fan runs so slow, which lead to increase internal heat and throttle, the fan didn't even try to ramp up. Just give us a software to boots up the fan. Even Dell have Alienware Command Center on Dell G-series, why cant HP Paviliong Gaming line have Omen Command Center ?

Click here to see this video in full screen on YouTube to reduce Heat Inside the Laptop to Prevent Overheating,

alternatively, you can Click here for step by step instructions.

Also, to resolve issues such as Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly:

  • Updating your Notebook computer BIOS
  • Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean
  • Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
  • Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
  • Selecting power save settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use

CLICK HERE FOR MORE STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONS (MAKE CHANGES TO HOW THE FANS ARE USED UNDER STEP 1)

Note: The fans are system managed and only minor changes on how it works can be tweaked using the steps from the above link, there are no major changes that can be made and the Omen command center is only available for the OMEN series, I'm afraid there are no other options as off now.

I hope that answers your query,
