Hi:
I can't help you downgrade the BIOS because I've never done it before and on some PC's it is not possible to do so.
However, here is the link to the latest BIOS update HP has for your notebook which is now F.17.
It just came out this month.
Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 Software and Driver Details
If you want to try and go back to an earlier version than F.16, you can find the available older versions under the Revision History section.
You will see release notes for the earlier versions, and below the release notes will be the file downloads.
The part that concerns me is the statement after each of the release notes:
NOTE: HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases.
Does that mean it is just the latest release or does it mean you can't go back?
Normally HP writes this if you can't go back:
NOTE: After this update is run, the system is not compatible with older BIOS versions. Attempts to install older BIOS versions will be blocked.

and if I install the older version than F16 and still won't fix the issue? can I still go back to the latest F17? I just installed the F17 yesterday and the issue still on.
Thanks, with the link. It helps me find the older versions of BIOS. I'll try downgrading it maybe it would fix my problem with FPS drops.
