Hi.
I have an HP Omen 15 dc1044na gaming notebook. When I plug my headphones in into the headphone jack, there's no DTS controls that show up when they're supposed to. As far as I'm aware, this notebook is supposed to have built-in DTS installed yet I cannot access it in any way or form. I've updated all my drivers and am running Windows 10 Home (OS Build 19041.804).
I've literally tried everything possible to somehow get DTS audio running but have failed to reach to a solution. Please help me what seems to be the issue here.
Many thanks.

Please use HP Audio Control or HP Audio Switch, they cover all sorts of tailoring Sound

banhien That's not a solution. HP Audio Switch only lets you choose between different audio sources connected to your laptop and I have no HP Audio Control app on my laptop. Only the Omen Audio Control app where I cannot find the DTS Audio controls which they should be in the first place.

@Grassden I don't have that app on my laptop either. The only audio control app that came with this laptop was Omen Audio Control. I can use the B&O audio controls in that app but as far as using DTS audio controls are concerned, they don't show up when I hook up my headphones into the audio jack when they are supposed to.
