OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R2AV)

I bought a omen 16.1 in Two months prior and already a dead pixel is showing up. And somehow after contacting customer care they are saying that it is CID (customer induced damage) when their is not even a single scratch on whole laptop. What sort of service is this you buys a laptop worth 1 lakh Rs and somehow due to manufacturing issue a dead pixel shows up and now to get that replaced you have to pay more money All this in 2 month of buying it. Extremely unsatisfied with the service.

Please someone get this resolved.

Thankyou
