Hello,

i would like to suggest something so let me start by saying that i just bought an HP Pavilion 15 cx0002nx and im obsessed with it but theres an issue that the hp omen series has while the pavilion doesnt have which is the Fan Boost (Max Fan Speed For Gaming To Prevent Overheating/Thermal Throttling) when i play a highly intense game while plugged in my device gets legit real hot like a magma from the speakers area and the right side of the keyboared and that could damage my speakers and also my components. but when i updated my bios holy the fan went from a sleepy mode to a turbo jet engine mode and that surprised me but this never happens when gaming.

 

So please not only me but other hp pavilion users would like to see a feature to boost fan speed to max or even add support for the new 2018 pavilion line up gaming laptops to be able to use the hp command center to atleast max fan speed for gaming.

(P.S: you might be wondering why didnt i get an hp omen laptop. well i really like the pavilion design and its green backlit too since other brand gaming laptops are all red i really liked this design and light weight product even its small powerbrick which make it very easy for me to game on the go when i travel.)

So here is it guys 2 days later and hp doesnt wanna answer i know that plenty of HP Employees read it and nobody wants to answer.

 

Thank You So Much HP for ignoring me and Getting me Dissapointed i will have to resell this laptop since they dont want to help  me and other people but i do know they will focus on hp omen series and KEEP IGNORING US PAVILION USERS.
