Hi @Beno410,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're dealing with an issue regarding your claim related to your student ID proof. Here are some steps you can take to resolve it:

1. Verify Required Documents

  • Check Requirements: Review the guidelines for the claim to ensure you’ve uploaded all necessary documents. Sometimes specific formats or additional documents are required.

2. Correct Session Information

  • Session Mention: If your student ID doesn’t have the session mentioned, you may need to provide an official document that confirms your enrollment period. This could be:
    • An enrollment verification letter from your institution.
    • A current transcript showing your course dates.

3. Check Email for Updates

  • Email Confirmation: Keep an eye on your email for any further instructions or updates regarding your claim.

4. Resubmit Documents

  • Re-upload: If possible, try re-uploading the documents again. Sometimes system glitches can cause uploads to not go through properly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
