I have an 8 month old HP Omen gaming laptop that has always had a very slight 'smudge' look in the lower corner when doing video streaming. After my last trip (carried laptop in an airline case) there is now a definite 'blur' in that area that takes up nearly a quarter of the screen. I noticed also that there is a small, reddish/pink piece of debris INSIDE the camera lens, corresponding to the blur.
Any idea what it could be, how it got in there and is moving around, and MAINLY how to get it out? I've tried compressed air all around it, shaken it upside down, and wiped the screen with a cloth (it's definitely behind the lens). Haven't tried cracking the case open yet....to do that on a basically new unit.
