Omen 15

Hello!

Last week i sent in my omen 15 for a repair to HP. I was supposed to get it back by tomorrow, but today I received a message saying that my repair has been delayed by a month. I would be okay with this except for the fact that I will be leaving for college in two weeks, i don’t have an alternative laptop to use. My laptop fans were just making a ringing noise that at this point i’m willing to deal with because I need it for classes. My question is, will HP give me other options due to this delay? and would they easily send it back if I called?

Hi@Janed88, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Apologies for all the inconvenience

We understand the delay in services. Due to the pandemic, there might be parts storage. Please check the status  tracking website will be http://www.hp.com/repair

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.  I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
