What is the full model of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.

@Jsal45, thank you for the additional information.

 

Here is a guide provided by Microsoft that should solve your problem.  Once you locate the touch screen driver, right click on it and select "Disable device".
