OMEN by HP Laptop 15z-en100
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My NVDIA Graphics Card is not being detected by my laptop.

First, it showed error 43 on device manager, but now it says it works properly but I still can't access NVDIA Control Panel to check my graphics settings. I have tried every possible fix I've found and nothing works, and for some reason the HP Support page does not work for me, so I don't know what to do.
