Hp Omen 15-dh0138TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using Hp Omen 15-dh0138TX. I am facing a problem when i start the laptop after 20-30 min a red short line comes in left corner both up and down(in EDGES) but it comes after 20 to 30 min and the brightness of the red line gradually increases with time. When i use my laptop for 2 hr or more then it becomes visible more and gets irritating. I also tried restarting when the line occurs but it stays. I tried in BIOS and there also it is visible. I also connected a secondary monitor and it is not visible in that. When i shutdown the laptop and after 5 hr and then i use it the lines will not be present but after 20 min it will come. Can someone help me with this.WhatsApp Image 2020-09-25 at 00.32.37.jpeg20200924_003036.jpg20200918_011237.jpgWhatsApp Image 2020-09-24 at 22.46.22.jpeg

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

As you have mentioned that the issue persists in the BIOS screen as well it looks like a hardware malfunction however, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106126.exe

Nvidia: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106167.exe

Intel: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105001-105500/sp105454.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
