Hi, I own an HP Victus 15. I recently plugged an HDMI cable from one laptop to another. I just want to know if the HP Victus 15 has surge-protected HDMI ports. Thanks.

No, I have not seen that option. Connecting 2 HDMI out ports together will not give you anything if NOT damage BOTH ends.
