Omen 15 dc0051nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've recently ordered the Hp Omen 15 dc0051nr and was wondering if it came with the latest bios update because the only thing I'm worried about is the high cpu temps.

Hi, the BIOS doesn't help with the overheating issue. Though the new "Comfort" fan mode does help a little bit but not so much. I'm using OMEN by HP 15 (2018, i7-8750H, 1070 Max-Q) so I can tell.

@chinmang  The only way to know is to look up what bios is installed.

Go to Start and navigate to the HP Support Assistant and open it.

Click on the image of your model laptop, then click on Specifications.

The latest version bios is F.08.

If you don't have it, you can download this file and run it... sp95163.exe

It most likely wont help with overheating...
